Saquon Barkley pulled up with a right hamstring injury against the Rams and is questionable to return after walking to the locker room for testing.
Saquon Barkley, a superstar on and off the NFL field, not to mention a past golf partner of President Donald Trump, is injured now.
Barkley pulled up with an apparent right hamstring injury in the first quarter of the Philadelphia Eagles game against the Los Angeles Rams.
He did not return to the game after being ruled out by the Eagles.
OutKick medical expert, Dr. David Chao, is blaming the wet conditions on the hamstring strain.
Chao, the former head physician for the San Diego Chargers, told OutKick this week that wet fields typically protect players from knee injuries because they are so slippery, preventing cleats from locking up the leg in the turf.
But the downside is those fields are more prone to causing soft tissue injuries.
Like hamstring strains.

Barkley gingerly walked to the Eagles’ sideline and was taken into the medical tent for a preliminary exam.
After a lengthy stint in the tent, Barkley left the field and walked to the locker room for further testing. He did not appear to have a significant limp as he walked.
The Eagles initially announced Barkley was questionable to return before updating his status after halftime.
