U.S. Transportation Command is soliciting proposals for a potential 10-year, $1.64 billion single-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to build a common platform for managing transportation and logistics operations. TRANSCOM is looking to implement the Joint Transportation Management System by reengineering business processes, performing data interface and integration services and using commercial software to conduct financial, transportation and
