Naval Supply Systems Command has released a draft solicitation for the second iteration of its multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that provides logistics support services to expeditionary forces worldwide. The Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract 2.0 procurement vehicle, valued at approximately $1.4 billion, will provide support for contingency operations, humanitarian assistance, peacekeeping operations and military exercises, according
