Ukpeagvik Inupiat Corp. has completed the acquisition of a majority interest in Delta Solutions & Strategies, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business offering defense support services. UIC said Delta is now part of the Bowhead Family of Companies within its government services division. The move is considered the largest acquisition by UIC so far and was led by UIC
