Serco Group‘s U.S. subsidiary will acquire MT&S, Northrop Grumman‘s mission training and satellite ground network communications software business, for $327 million in cash. MT&S has almost a thousand workforce and supports U.S. military programs through advanced mission training services and software engineering, Serco said Thursday.
