Sentient Digital Inc. has acquired Maritime Surveillance Associates for an undisclosed sum to expand its sonar and acoustic technological capabilities for the U.S. Navy and partner countries. SDi said Monday the transaction enables it to focus on maritime security, cloud-based advanced analytics, foreign military sales and other key growth areas. “MSA’s technology perfectly complements our
