Parsons (NYSE: PSN) has agreed to buy BlackSignal Technologies for approximately $200 million to broaden its cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and electronic warfare capabilities and its client base across the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Chantilly, Virginia-based Parsons said Tuesday it expects the transaction to be completed in August and will integrate BlackSignal into its
