C Speed, a product development and engineering services company, was acquired by NewSpring and added to the private equity firm’s portfolio of businesses that provide government customers with mission support products and services. The firm said C Speed brings to the NewSpring Holdings Federal Platform three decades of experience in offering air, land and maritime
