L3Harris Technologies has secured a $150 million contract from the U.S. Space Force to modernize critical ground systems under the Maintenance of Space Situational Awareness Integrated Capabilities, or MOSSAIC, program. The Florida-headquartered company said Tuesday the contract will support military operations and civil and commercial applications. Space has become a critical domain in modern warfighting.
