The General Services Administration has unveiled the lists of Phase 1 awardees under the women-owned small business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone small business and service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside tracks of the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus contract program. GSA said Thursday it plans to issue formal awards and notices to proceed for
