Eutelsat America Corp. and OneWeb Technologies, or EACOWT, has appointed Joe Uglialoro as chief operating officer and Chris Hetmanski as chief technology officer, effective immediately. The Eutelsat Group subsidiary said Wednesday Uglialoro will remain as general counsel while taking on his new role as COO. Hetmanski was promoted to CTO after serving as senior vice president of strategic
