The Department of Energy is soliciting proposals for a potential 10-year, $3.4 billion indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quality contract vehicle for the acquisition of low-enriched uranium from domestic commercial sources. DOE said Thursday that the procurement effort, partly funded by the President’s Investing in America agenda, seeks to diversify the LEU market and ensure a reliable supply of commercial
