The Defense Information Systems Agency has announced its intent to award a sole-source contract to By Light Professional IT Services for a Full Content Inspection, or FCI, managed service as part of efforts to strengthen the Department of Defense’s cyber defense capabilities. According to a notice published Friday on SAM.gov, the initiative will utilize the
