The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency has released a draft request for proposals for the Case Processing Operations Center, or CPOC, 2.0 contract for federal background investigations support services. According to the notice posted on SAM.gov Thursday, the agency will award an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract as a small business set aside for professional support services. DCSA
