Strategic and technical consultancy Cadmus has acquired Ventera for an undisclosed sum to expand its digital transformation offerings for government and private sector companies. As a result of the acquisition, Cadmus said Tuesday it will create a new technology solutions division focused on expanding its presence in the health care, finance, media and communications markets.
