The U.S. Army has started soliciting industry input on its plan to launch a competition for follow-on vehicles that will replace the existing Joint Enterprise Omnibus Program, Engineering and Technical Support contracts used to support the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense’s mission. According to a request for information published
