ITC Federal has appointed Mike Hall as vice president of proposals, adding a seasoned federal growth and capture leader as the company scales its pursuit strategy across a competitive government contracting landscape. In a LinkedIn post on Monday, the company said Hall will oversee proposal operations and help refine how it identifies, positions and executes
