IonQ has appointed William “Bill” Dunlap as senior vice president of global architecture, bringing a longtime Department of War information technology leader into its CIO organization as the company continues to scale its infrastructure and security capabilities. In a LinkedIn post, the company said Dunlap will lead enterprise architecture, infrastructure design and modernization efforts, supporting
