CACI International has finalized its acquisition of ARKA Group in an all-cash deal valued at approximately $2.6 billion as part of a push to strengthen its market position and expand its space-based sensing and geospatial intelligence capabilities in support of national security customers. As companies like CACI expand their space-based sensing capabilities through moves such
