Space Systems Command has released a draft request for proposals for the Hybrid Architecture and Development for Experimental Systems, or HADES, contract, which aims to support the procurement of prototype and operational satellite ground systems, satellite operations centers and support services. As SSC moves forward with the HADES program and gathers early industry feedback, broader
