Parsons has acquired BCC Engineering for $230 million. The defense and intelligence technology provider based in Chantilly, Virginia, said Friday the all-cash transaction is aimed at strengthening its position as a leader in the infrastructure market and expanding its presence across the Southeastern United States. The companies initiated the BCC acquisition in October. It is
