The U.S. Army has awarded 12 companies spots on a potential seven-year, $940 million firm-fixed-price contract for operation and maintenance services. The Department of Defense said Wednesday 17 bids were received through an online solicitation spearheaded by the Engineering and Support Center of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, which serves as the contracting activity.
